Vinson Acquisition Announcement
An exciting day at Vinson Process Controls as we announce the acquisition of a well-known Valve Services business leader located in Tulsa, OK.
This investment is comprised of critical assets to operate the full functioning 18,000 sq. ft. valve and actuator service facility including a steam boiler to perform testing and repair of pressure relief valves for steam service.
This additional capability will position Vinson with a robust, best-in-class legacy team who are providing exemplary customer experiences through selfless service to existing and new partners.
