Actuation Control Panels

Vinson's Isolation Valves & Actuation team designs custom panels for instrument gas control and actuated valve assemblies. Unique offerings include master control panels with multiple pressure outputs to independent panels for high/low pressure shutoff, over-pressure protection and emergency shutdown systems (ESD) including supply air/gas filtration and reduction.

Vinson's control panels are a combination of filters, regulators, instrument relief valves, solenoid valves, pressure pilots, pressure switches, volume boosters, and many other engineered products to control your application. If required, additional items such as catalytic heaters, auto-manual overrides, and additional solenoid valves can be included in the assembly. When increased security or weather protection is required, panels are mounted in custom enclosures for peace of mind.

Vinson goes through a stringent quality assurance program and function tests every panel at operating pressure to guarantee performance and reliability in the field. Our standard is to provide an assembly that is installation-ready when it reaches the customer’s location.
